About the Traineeship

The Winemaking Traineeship offers you the ideal environment to learn from our experienced and passionate team, gaining practical experience in both our Cellar and Laboratory and of course in Winemaking.

We will provide you with the opportunity to combine your coursework and real-world Winemaking experience with nominated study days and generous financial support towards the cost of your degree.

This is a full-time paid position for a person who is currently studying or is looking to study a degree in Winemaking. 

We aim to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions and strengths and fast-track your Winemaking career.

What we are looking for

  • Interested in studying or currently studying tertiary or equivalent degree in Winemaking or Oenology. Highschool leavers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A passion for Winemaking, our work, and our brands
  • A thirst for learning, knowledge, and personal growth
  • An interest and ability to combine science and creativity
  • An interest or background in chemistry, microbiology and plant science is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
  • Ability to work meticulously without supervision
  • Team oriented with a willingness to be involved
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated organisational and planning skills including use of computer systems

To be successful you will be self-motivated, willing to learn, flexible and enthusiastic to work in all areas of the winery, with a focus on quality always.
