Join our 2027 vintage team in Yenda and support the Grower Services department during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year.

We’re seeking a Vintage Administration Assistant to assist with a range of office duties throughout the vintage period. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

As a Vintage Administration Assistant, you’ll be involved in:

• Supporting the Grower Services team with daily administrative tasks
• Handling data entry and documentation
• Communicating with growers and internal teams
• Assisting with coordination of grape intake records and reports

What you’ll need:

• Previous office experience is essential
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office or similar systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy team environment
• Reliable transport
• Available for the full vintage period (January to April 2027)
• At least 18 years old by 31 January 2027
