Are you passionate about viticulture and ready to take on a key role in vintage operations?
Join our 2027 vintage team as a Vintage Grower Liaison Officer, where you’ll play an integral part in ensuring fruit is harvested in the best possible condition and on time.
This role is responsible for monitoring and assessing fruit quality and quantity in vineyards and working closely with the Grower Services Manager to support the planning and coordination of grape intake. The position is primarily focused on the NSW Riverina region and requires strong communication and technical skills.
As a Vintage Grower Liaison Officer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Monitoring vineyard fruit quality and quantity
- Liaising with growers and the Grower Services Manager
- Supporting the planning and timing of grape harvest and intake
- Providing timely and accurate vineyard assessments
What you’ll need:
- A full Australian driver’s licence with a safe driving record
- Comfortable working alone and outdoors in summer heat
- A degree in Viticulture, Horticulture, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, with good handwriting and numeric ability
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Available for the full vintage period (January to April 2027)
- At least 18 years old by 31 January 2027
