  • Monitor tanker movements and vintage waste removal activities
  • Maintain accurate records to support payroll, compliance, and operational reporting
  • Promote and support workplace health, safety, and quality standards

About You

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing, production, logistics, or similar environment

The perks

  • Full-time opportunity in a supportive team
  • Diverse and varied role with exposure across cellar operations
  • Product allowance and employee discounts
