We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Scheduling Officer. This role is critical to ensuring production schedules, packaging runs, and production records are accurate and delivered on time.

As our Scheduling Officer you will ensure all production data, paperwork, and schedules are managed efficiently.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with systems, schedules, and data, and who takes pride in accuracy and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule production based on forecast requirements
• Ensure that the Production Schedule is set, with 1 week fixed schedule and 2 weeks firm volume presented 4 days prior to commencement of period
• Maintain production line efficiencies when planning run orders
• Coordinate the scheduling across multiple production lines to maintain staff and liquid efficiencies
• Schedule planned change over, maintenance, meal breaks as required
• Participate in the daily & weekly Production Meeting’s
• Confirm production figures match on packing run paperwork
• Update all production runs upon their completion
• Maintain WHS standards
• Ensure adherence to all company WHS policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate records
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent planning and organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience using EZYwine or similar
• Experience in scheduling, production administration, or logistics coordination
