Looking for a hands-on adventure in the Australian wine industry?
Join our vibrant vintage team in Yenda for the 2027 grape harvest! Each year, we welcome enthusiastic people from across Australia and around the world to be part of this exciting seasonal experience. Experienced Front End Loader Operators are essential during vintage.
As a Vintage Cellar Hand - Front End Loader, you’ll be involved in:
- Operating front end loader during grape intake and waste management
- Assisting in wine transfers
- Equipment operation and cleaning
- General cellar duties.
No experience? No worries! We value a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. If you’ve worked in hospitality, farming, or other hands-on roles, that’s a bonus!
What you’ll need:
- Proven competency and experience operating a front end loader
- Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves
- Able to work shifts and weekends
- Your own reliable transport
- Available for the full vintage period (January to April 2027)
- At least 18 years old by 31 January 2027
Nice to have:
- Experience working in confined spaces
- Previous winery experience

- All successful applicants will complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
- Interviews will be held in Griffith, NSW in October 2026. If you're not local, we’ll arrange a video interview
