About the role 

We are seeking a Paid Media Manager with a strong background in Facebook ads for eCommerce.  

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will manage the end-to-end paid social delivery for a range of globally recognised wine, beer, and spirit labels. 

This is a rare opportunity to join an all-new in-house Digital team where we’re building a world class digital marketing function that helps to drive the eCommerce and retail growth of our drinks portfolio.  

The core focus of this role is to drive revenue growth and 1st party data acquisition through the planning, creation, and management of high-impact ad strategies on Facebook, Insta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms. 

We are a team of brand, acquisition, loyalty, and design experts based in St Leonards, Sydney.

Our ideal candidate 

  • Has 3+ years experience driving eCommerce revenue growth via Paid Social Ads
  • A proven track record in developing creative ad strategies that convert 
  • Understands creative testing is one of the most important performance levers and that great creative is grounded in insight and data 
  • Is across industry trends, first to test new approaches and tactics, and loves to share interesting developments with the broader team 
  • Is comfortable getting hands-on as taking a step back and thinking strategically 
  • Data-driven and can work with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards such as Google Looker Studio 
  • Able to set targets and budgets across channels, media, and creative investment. 
  • Can maintain a detailed media plan of all activity 
  • Familiar with ad creative frameworks and AB testing concepts 
  • Continuously drive creative innovation to power paid social performance 
  • Experience providing ad creative direction to animation and video design teams 
  • Has utilised studio-grade and UGC style video, animation, and banner creatives to drive eCommerce sales 
  • A fun collaborative team player that works well with others 
  • Is organised and able to contribute to broader team planning sessions
