The Australian Beer Company is pleased to offer a Trainee Brewer Programme!

You will be a full time employee, and during this two year programme, you will undertake a broad variety of practical and technical work across our brewery operations. The programme will enable you to gain structured learning, hands on experience, and a broad understanding of the business. We will offer you the opportunity to study for your brewing qualifications through the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.

Qualities we are looking for include: talented, practical and motivated people with strong academic achievements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership potential, attention to detail, integrity and initiative and the ability to work in a team.
