Our brands include Yenda Beer, Pressmans, & Ampersand Projects, Son of a Nun and Poets Beer. We also contract brew and pack for both international and national brewing companies.
The Job
Your job is to perform day to day operations in the manufacturing of beer, cider and RTDs.
You’ll learn how to brew the perfect beer through brewhouse operation, fermentation and filtration, cleaning and sanitation and quality control. Your contributions will be key to ensuring our beverages meet the highest standards of excellence.
You will be required to ensure all brewing operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner to produce high quality product in accordance with our specifications.
About You
You'll be a great fit for the role if you have a passion or interest in brewing, in addition to:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally Food & beverage
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve ideally with lean manufacturing experience
- A positive attitude and desire to learn
- Computer literate and knowledge of Botec an advantage
- A commitment to safety as a priority in all areas of your work
- An enthusiasm to continuously improve the safety, quality and efficiency across the brewery
- The ability to work and thrive within a team environment
- The physical capacity to perform the physical tasks associated with the position
- Forklift experience an advantage but not essential
- The flexibility to work rotating shifts

Previous experience in brewing or a related field is a plus, but not essential – we provide comprehensive training!
