This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with great attention to detail to join our Finance Team for a 12-month parental leave contract starting in August 2025!

This is a busy role, and you will be joining a team that is passionate, hardworking and supportive. You will be required to liaise with domestic suppliers as well as internal staff – your positive and can-do attitude will ensure your success in this role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Administrative duties – scanning, filing, faxing
• Data entry and recording
• Processing of accounts payable
• Invoice checking
• Month end processing
• Providing general accounts and administration support

What we’re looking for:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and experience in Microsoft Office
• Good mathematical ability
• Experience in Accounts Payable is desired but not essential
• Experience in high volume transactions is desired but not essential
