This position is responsible for the co-ordination and compliance of bottling specifications and packaging materials, to assist in the maintenance of brand integrity and international compliance regulation for all Beer, Wine, RTD and Spirit products

Responsibilities

• Work within the compliance team to ensure that all products are produced to specifications.
• Participate in new product development process for product creation and modification of existing products
• Set up vintage roll specifications in advance of required production timings
• Create bottling specifications and stock items for internal approval
• Coordinate the specification approval process for all Casella products.
• Assist in gaining market specific approvals for packaging materials
• Activating stock items for purchasing and sales
• Maintain the Bill of Materials database
• Print off weekly production runs – printing for all packaging lines
• Ensure all bottling runs are scheduled in accordance with approved specifications.
