Casella Family Brands has grown to become one of Australia’s largest wine processing facilities. With the recent purchase of the Ampersand RTD and spirit business and a distribution agreement with Better Beer, Casella Family Brands provides a solid multi-beverage for all channels within the liquor industry.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering to a sales budget underpinned by volume targets and distribution growth of our brands with both retail and on-premise customers. Executing cyclic promotional activities with independent liquor retailers. The territory requires someone who is able to demonstrate a sense of urgency, is flexible and willing to adapt to the rigours of this fast-paced role. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has multi-beverage experience and has the capacity to cover both metro and regional customers based across the WA market.
Job Description
Reporting to the WA State Manager, you will work in an established territory with a very strong customer base. You will take charge of this territory, work autonomously and plan your weeks effectively and efficiently. You will ensure in store promotional activities are well executed, manage and negotiate a competitive advantage in both the on and off channels and most importantly achieve your sales budgets.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing strong customer relationships across the On and Off premise channel
- Increasing rate of sale and brand presence within territory across multiple categories.
- Ensuring our brand is highly visible to its target market in store & professionally presented.
- Negotiating floor, fridge, shelf and listings with key decision makers for mutual benefit.
- Launching new product developments.
- Identifying opportunities for new business or brand exposure.
The Successful Applicant
- Should have at least 3 years’ proven sales experience.
- A preference would go towards previous experience servicing this territory in a multi-beverage business with a strong background across Wine and RTD.
- Projects enthusiasm, with excellent communication skills.
- Competitive, driven and be sales capable with a proven track record of delivering results
- Good organizational skills, proven ability to plan ahead & prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated experience in developing promotional activities and resources
- IT Literate and well versed in new technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build sound commercial relationships, with customers.
