We are seeking a dedicated and organised Maintenance Store person to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the availability of cost-effective spare parts and maintaining accurate inventory levels to support the Maintenance Department.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain & update MEX Computer System with accurate and current stores inventory data
• Ensure all internal & external documentation is current & accurate
• Conduct regular stocktakes to monitor inventory levels
• Receive and allocate spare parts to relevant areas and personnel
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
• Identify suppliers for day to day & critical spares
• Liaise with Technical staff to support maintenance operations

Who are we looking for?

• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent organisational and planning ability
• Working knowledge of email, Excel & Word
• Experience in Stock control

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Current Forklift Licence
• Experience with Ezy Wine and/or MEX Systems

 Requirements

• Must have own reliable transport
• Will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical, including a physical assessment and drug & alcohol screening
