As our Finished Goods Dispatch and Stock Control Officer, you will assist the Warehouse Team Leader to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations on a day-to-day basis.

What you'll be doing:

• Meet daily and weekly loading requirements
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) records
• Update & maintain Warehouse reports, such as, FIFO, DIFOT, training records, pallet and stock takes, including cycle counts
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required 
• General office administration support
• Follow WHS requirements  

Skills & Experience: 

• Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• High level of literacy and numeracy skills for accurate data handling and reporting
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in computer applications and systems
• Works well independently and in a team
• Ability to manage changing workflow priorities
• Stock Control and previous Warehouse experience is not essential but is desirable
