Baileys of Glenrowan is an iconic Northeast Victorian winery, based in the Warby Range foothills at Glenrowan, Victoria. Originally established in 1870, the winery is steeped in history and heritage and is one of Australia’s largest producers of organically certified wine.

The Bundarra Organic Kitchen at Baileys of Glenrowan is a fast paced and vibrant environment known for its delicious woodfired pizzas and desserts. 

This is a part-time lifestyle role! With shifts running from 9:30am to 4:30pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and alternate weekends, there are no early mornings or late-night services— country hospitality in a beautiful setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in menu planning, with a focus on pizzas made from organic and seasonal produce
• Support occasional functions and events
• Demonstrate initiative, organisation, and a proactive approach
• Work independently and collaboratively
• Maintain high standards of presentation and communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Food Safety Supervisor certification
• Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting
• A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality
