We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online/Staff Orders Fulfilment Officer to join our dynamic team on a part time basis. This position will be required to work 25 hours per week across 5 days. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of online and staff sales orders from entry to dispatch. You will be responsible for managing data, coordinating transport, maintaining stock integrity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor online sales portals for order fulfilment.
  • Process online and staff orders in Ezy system.
  • Prepare and sort stock orders and packing slips.
  • Prepare and dispatch stock efficiently.
  • Book and manage transport logistics.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
  • Ensure WH&S standards are met.

Maintain relationships with Australia Post and courier services

What You’ll Need

Essential:

  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Valid Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

  • Forklift Licence
