We are currently seeking applications for a Vintage Winemaker to join our team in Tanunda, Barossa Valley for the 2026 Vintage, commencing early January and concluding late April to early May 2026.

As a Vintage Winemaker, you will be actively involved in all aspects of vintage winemaking, including:

• Grading and allocation of fruit and wines
• Fermentation management
• Coordinating and programming cellar operations
• Liaising with cellar staff to ensure smooth workflow

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Winemaking
• Minimum of 3 years’ winemaking experience, ideally in large-scale winery operations
• Proven ability to manage and lead large teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities, including proficiency with computer systems
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Practical understanding of large winery operations

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with EZY-Wine software
• Background in fast-paced commercial table wine production

Additional Requirements:

• Own reliable transport
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required
