Baileys of Glenrowan is an iconic North East Victorian winery, based in the Warby Range foothills at Glenrowan, Victoria. Originally established in 1870, the winery is steeped in history and heritage, and is an organically certified wine producer from grapes grown on our organic vineyard at Glenrowan, one of the largest in Australia.

Baileys are seeking applicants for casual vintage cellar hands for the 2026 Vintage season.

Vintage Cellar Hands - you will be involved in all aspects of cellar operations including processing fruit, wine and juice movements, pump-overs, blending, cleaning, wine additions, operation of equipment and general cellar hand duties. Any previous experience will be highly valued.
An Australian Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential.

All applicants must be available to work shifts and be available for the entire Vintage period which can be up to 12 weeks. Comprehensive training will be provided for successful applicants.

All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.
