Baileys of Glenrowan is an iconic North East Victorian winery, based in the Warby Range foothills at Glenrowan, Victoria. Originally established in 1870, the winery is steeped in history and heritage, and is an organically certified wine producer from grapes grown on our organic vineyard at Glenrowan, one of the largest in Australia.

Baileys are seeking applicants for casual vintage cellar hands for the 2026 Vintage season.

Vintage Laboratory Assistant –will be involved with monitoring manufacturing and production processes, testing of grape juice and wine samples, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to WH&S policies and procedures in the workplace, involved in routine sampling & analysis of tanks.

All applicants must be available to work shifts and be available for the entire Vintage period which can be up to 12 weeks. Comprehensive training will be provided for successful applicants.

All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.
