We’re seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer or Accountant to join our finance team and support key accounting functions across the business. Reporting to the Chief Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring compliance across operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of average costing system for materials.
• Assist with the integrity of costings and variances in the stock system
• Preparation of general ledger journals
• Reviewing transactions to ensure integrity
• Assist with the management of company assets
• Assist in preparation of monthly reporting
• Assist in preparation of financial data for submission to external bodies as required
• Assist with preparation of Insurance costings and submission of Workers Compensation Insurance
• Participate in internal audits
• Assist with statutory compliance including FBT returns and statutory accounts
• Co-ordinate accounting and non-financial data with other departments
• Ensure effective use of systems to improve efficiency
• Adhere to WHS policies and procedures and support safety initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills

Desirable:

• Experience using EZY Wine software
• Background in manufacturing or production environments
