We are looking for a fulltime Packaging Design Assistant to join our Yenda team. The ideal addition to our Compliance and Scheduling team will be a passionate and driven individual with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure packaging materials are set up and compliant for approved markets and ready for production.
• Coordinate artwork setups and approvals with suppliers and customers.
• Maintain accurate version control of all artwork files and packaging specifications.
• Coordinate trials of new packaging items.
• Source and manage artwork for industry standard packaging materials.
• Liaise with the Production teams to ensure packaging materials meet production capabilities.
• Liaise with Brand, Marketing & Sales teams regarding packaging requirements for new products.
• Periodically review market mandatories and update artwork and packaging requirements as necessary.
• Coordinate obtaining and maintain approvals and registrations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Essential

• Strong computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat and other business systems.
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated organisational and planning skills
• Ability to multitask and handle numerous situations at once

Desirable

• Experience with computer design software
• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design
• Demonstrated Graphic Design Skills
