Australian Beer Company is seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Packaging Line Operators. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the beer industry, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

As a Packaging Line Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art packaging lines. You'll be responsible for monitoring and operating various machinery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Shifts rotate weekly - Day shift 6am-2pm, Afternoon shift 2pm-10pm, Night shift 10pm to 6am

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including but not limited to fillers, cappers, labellers, and palletisers
- Conduct quality checks and perform equipment adjustments as required to maintain optimal performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Utilise forklift skills to move and organize finished goods and raw materials efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring continuous improvement

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is highly desirable
- Valid Forklift Licence and the ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
