Our portfolio includes the globally loved [yellow tail] wine, along with other iconic brands such as Peter Lehmann Wines (Barossa), Brand’s Laira (Coonawarra), Morris Wines (Rutherglen), and Baileys of Glenrowan.
We are seeking a full time IT Infrastructure Manager based in Yenda, NSW to manage the company's IT infrastructure and implement innovative, up to date technology solutions that support business objectives.
Reporting to the Head of Business Systems & IT, you will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for improvement across the business infrastructure, develop technology strategies, and lead the delivery of key infrastructure projects.
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, applications and communication systems. You will develop both long-range and short-range plans for equipment acquisition and replacement, ensure business critical systems remain secure and available, and make recommendations on emerging technologies that can improve business performance and efficiency. You will lead and develop a small team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement and technical growth.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and leading technical teams.
- Strong experience with Windows and Linux servers, SQL databases and VMware environments.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity and business continuity practices.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing an IT team
- Ability to work closely with senior management to identify and implement infrastructure improvements.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- IT Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience delivering infrastructure upgrade, modernisation or transformation projects.
